RosterBound operates the recruiting platform at rosterbound.com. We help student-athletes get seen, get educated, get evaluated, and find their place.

Depending on how you use RosterBound, we may collect:

• Account information, such as your name, email address, and account role.
• Athlete profile data: name, school, sport, graduation year, stats, academics, photos, and highlight film links.
• Coach, parent, advocate, and fan account information.
• Posts and replies you share in the Locker Room.
• Messages you send through our contact form.

• To display athlete profiles to college coaches and recruiters.
• To send account and recruiting-related emails.
• To generate athlete bios and featured articles with the help of AI tools.
• To run the Locker Room community forum.
• To improve the platform.

Public athlete profiles are visible to anyone. Athletes control whether their profile is public. Account email addresses are never shown publicly.

We serve high school athletes, many of whom are minors. We encourage parent or guardian involvement in every account. Parents or guardians may contact us at info@rosterbound.com to review or delete a minor's information.

We do not sell personal information. We use trusted service providers for hosting, database, email, and AI processing so the platform can run.

You can edit your profile at any time, set your athlete profile to private, or request deletion of your account and information by emailing info@rosterbound.com.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your data safe.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
