By accessing or using RosterBound, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Each person may have one account. Users under 18 should have a parent or guardian's permission to use RosterBound.

• Player: build an honest profile with accurate stats, academics, and film.
• Parent/Advocate: support and promote the athlete who invited you, respectfully and accurately.
• Coach: use athlete information only for legitimate recruiting and evaluation purposes.
• Fan: back and cheer on athletes in a positive, respectful way.

Athletes own their photos, film, and stats. By posting them, athletes grant RosterBound permission to display that content on the platform and in Press Box features.

Be respectful. No harassment, no spam, and no impersonation. We may remove content or accounts that break these rules.

RosterBound provides exposure, evaluation, and education. We do not guarantee scholarships, roster spots, offers, or contact from any college.

RosterBound NIL & Brand at nil.rosterbound.com is a separate service with its own terms. Nothing on rosterbound.com is an offer of NIL representation.

You may stop using RosterBound at any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms.

RosterBound is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, RosterBound is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
