Meet the team behind RosterBound.

Christopher Davis

Founder & CEO

Christopher brings a unique blend of experience and executive leadership to RosterBound. His journey began as a high-level football player before an injury redirected his path and deepened his understanding of the challenges athletes face when the game changes unexpectedly. While at UCLA, he studied biology and history, and coached high school football. After undergrad he pursued graduate management coursework at USC while helping build one of the university's first web development departments. Over the course of his career, Christopher has held leadership roles across several Fortune 500 companies. As a credentialed financial coach, he also brings a practical understanding of financial literacy, long-term planning, and life skills that support athletes beyond the game. At RosterBound, he combines that experience with his passion for mentorship to help student-athletes, families, and advocates create meaningful opportunities on and off the field.

Ivery L. Lewis

Vice President of Sales and Media

Ivery Lewis brings the mindset of an athlete, the insight of a coach, and the vision of an entrepreneur to RosterBound. A former University of Illinois standout and all-conference performer, Ivery's football journey included a rare transition from the line to the backfield and an opportunity with the San Diego Chargers. With a degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Science, experience as a graduate assistant football coach at Cal State Northridge, and a strong background in lead generation and sports media, Ivery understands how to help athletes gain exposure and create opportunity. As a business owner in financial management, he also brings a long-term perspective that aligns with RosterBound's mission to prepare athletes for success on and off the field.

Patrick Hill Sr.

Vice President of Athlete and Community Engagement

Patrick brings a rare combination of athletic experience, healthcare expertise, and community leadership to RosterBound. A Los Angeles native, Patrick played fullback and running back at the University of Miami before briefly continuing his football career with the Tennessee Titans. After football, he transitioned into healthcare, earning a master's degree in nursing from UCLA and continuing his advanced studies in Adult-Gerontology Primary Care at the University of Cincinnati. With professional experience at Cedars-Sinai and UCLA Health, Patrick understands the importance of athlete wellness, mentorship, and long-term development. At RosterBound, he helps connect sports, healthcare, and community outreach to support athletes both on and off the field.
