How we protect student athletes
- Every profile starts private. Our staff review each profile before it can go public.
- Athletes under 18 need a parent or guardian's approval before their profile is published, and parents can withdraw it at any time.
- Parents can hide their athlete's hometown and social media handles.
- Contact details and date of birth are never public. Coaches must be verified before they can see private recruiting information.
- RosterBound is free for athletes and families, with no pay-to-be-seen, and participation is optional for every family.
RosterBound complements your college counselors and any recruiting service your families already use.

Participation is optional for every athlete and family. No athlete receives better or worse treatment from coaches or the school for joining or not joining.
